Als Accountmanager bij Trinamics ben jij hét gezicht richting onze klanten. Je bouwt relaties op met technische bedrijven, van high-tech tot automotive, en vertaalt hun personeelsbehoefte naar de juiste oplossingen. Je beheert je eigen klanten portfolio en weet de juiste match te maken tussen bedrijven en kandidaten.
Je:
- Bezoekt bestaande én nieuwe klanten om kansen te signaleren
- Werkt nauw samen met onze consultants om de juiste match te maken
- Bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen klantportfolio en commerciële groei
- Denkt strategisch mee over wervingscampagnes en marktontwikkelingen
- Bent een echte verbinder: jij brengt techniek, talent en bedrijven samen
