- Afgeronde MVK-opleiding (Middelbaar Veiligheidskundige).
- HBO werk- en denkniveau.
- Relevante ervaring in HSE-management, bij voorkeur binnen een industriële of projectgerichte omgeving.
- Actuele kennis van arbeidswet- en regelgeving.
- Goede beheersing van MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, met sterke presentatie- en trainingsvaardigheden.
- Gestructureerde en conceptuele denkwijze.
- Samenwerkingsgericht, servicegericht, coachend en probleemoplossend.

Als HSE Coördinator versterk je het HSE-team van onze klant en ben jij de motor achter het bevorderen van arbeidsveiligheid in Nederland. Je weet hoe je collega’s en management bewust maakt van HSE-principes en draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving.
Jouw werkzaamheden:
- Implementeren van het HSE-beleid en bijdragen aan de realisatie van doelstellingen.
- Adviseren van het management over HSE-onderwerpen en initiëren van verbeteringen.
- Verzamelen en analyseren van KPI-gegevens ter ondersteuning van HSE-doelstellingen.
- Onderhouden en verbeteren van HSE-managementsystemen, inclusief VCA-(P) certificeringen.
- Uitvoeren van risico-inventarisaties en preventieve maatregelen opstellen.
- Onderzoeken van (bijna) ongevallen, veiligheidsincidenten en milieudelicten.
- Voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne en externe audits.
- Ontwikkelen en verzorgen van HSE-trainingen voor medewerkers en klanten.
- Opstellen van Toolbox-onderwerpen en Lessons Learned.
